Sleeping late at night and waking up late: I have seen many people who sleep at 4:00 AM or 3:00 AM and woke up at 11 PM and their whole day goes waste because they feel tired all the time. Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. You will feel this difference just try it for a week.
  3. No workouts/ Physical activity: Stop sitting home all day. It will make your body weak and by the time you are in the 30’s you will suffer from lots of diseases.
